David DeLattre, CCP, SPHR, has twenty years of experience as a compensation professional in the public utility, medical technology manufacturing, and consulting arenas, with an emphasis in all aspects of variable pay plan design, documentation, and communication, including sales and executive plans. David earned his Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
